Overview:

Tropicana Brands Group is seeking dedicated seasonal workers to support our operations during the critical fruit season. This is a time when we ramp up production to meet increased demand, and your contributions will help ensure the smooth and efficient handling, processing, and distribution of our fruit products. We are hiring for a variety of roles-from General Labor to Feedmill Operators-all essential to maintaining our high standards of quality and safety throughout the season.

As a seasonal worker, you will play a key role in helping us meet production goals during our busiest time of year. Depending on your skills and experience, you may be assigned to tasks ranging from cleaning and maintaining fruit receiving areas to operating specialized machinery. During the interview process, we will carefully review your background to determine the best alignment for you within our team. Job assignments may be made to any of our three shifts, so flexibility is essential.

Responsibilities May Include (depending on role):

• Cleaning and maintaining fruit receiving areas (e.g., decks, bins, de-stemmer, trash chutes, and pit areas)


• Operating feedmills and other specialized machinery


• Using tools such as brooms, rakes, shovels, and high-pressure water hoses to clean and maintain areas


• Lifting up to 50 lbs. and working on high platforms


• Assisting in production line activities and ensuring continuous operation


• Supporting other general labor tasks as needed, ensuring cleanliness and safety throughout the plant

Purpose:

• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Tropicana Brands Group values and code of conduct


• Support daily, period, and annual operational plans


• Promote a positive team environment


• Maintain operational efficiency through adherence to safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Safety:

• Ensure all safety rules, procedures, policies, and GMPs are followed


• Set an example for others by adhering to safety rules and proactively addressing any safety concerns


• Demonstrate proper techniques for shoveling, raking, lifting, and equipment operation

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks


• Experience in general labor or a similar field preferred, but not required


• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work on high platforms


• Willingness to work flexible hours during peak seasons, including possible assignments to any of the three shifts
