Rollins is seeking a skilled and dynamic Director of PMO to lead and maintain project governance practices across the home office, with a focus on strategic alignment, effective project proposal evaluation, project spending oversight, and cross-departmental collaboration. This role involves direct oversight of a team, as well as responsibility for organizing and leading the Project Review Committee to ensure strategic alignment and optimal project execution. In this position, you will play a critical part in supporting and guiding program managers, driving high standards in project planning, reporting, and resource coordination, and ensuring that all projects align with our organization's strategic vision and priorities.
As the Director of the PMO, you will be responsible for establishing and overseeing governance frameworks that enhance project success, resource efficiency, and stakeholder engagement. Working closely with internal governance groups and senior leadership, you will guide project initiatives, align project goals with organizational priorities, and maintain a balanced resource calendar to avoid collisions. In this strategic and process-oriented role, you'll also support the Chief Administration Officer and the broader team with governance best practices and standardized reporting.

Responsibilities
You Will . . .
Governance and Oversight:
Develop, implement, and maintain project governance frameworks to ensure consistency, accountability, and compliance across all home office projects.
Oversee the evaluation and approval of project proposals, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and resource availability.
Establish project spending guidelines, monitor project budgets, and ensure effective use of resources.
Lead the Project Review Committee, overseeing its organization, agenda setting, and execution to support informed decision-making on project priorities.
Project Planning and Execution:
Support and guide program managers in project planning, execution, and adherence to established governance practices.
Coordinate the project "collision calendar" to optimize resource allocation and prevent scheduling conflicts.
Regularly update and track progress on all PMO initiatives, adjusting project plans as needed to meet objectives.
Team Leadership:
Directly manage and mentor a team of project management professionals, fostering development, engagement, and high performance.
Define team goals and expectations, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional growth opportunities.
Reporting and Communication:
Lead ongoing reporting on project progress, milestones, and financials and communicate updates to senior leadership.
Organize committee meetings, maintain task tracking, and ensure transparent communication with internal partners.
Prepare and compile monthly and quarterly reports to summarize project performance, risk assessments, and strategic alignment.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
Foster close collaboration with internal governance groups, ensuring alignment on project priorities, standards, and objectives.
Engage with senior leadership to communicate project goals, provide status updates, and address any potential roadblocks. Leveraging tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other dynamic dashboards.
Ad Hoc Support:
Provide assistance on special projects and requests as needed by the Chief Administration Information Officer and PMO team.

Qualifications
The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):
Minimum 10 years of relevant corporate project management experience such as transformation and operational efficiencies in the areas of Accounting, Finance, HR, etc.
4-7 years experience communicating and partnering with senior leadership and leading a team.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education.
Proficiency with the Microsoft suite of applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams.
Past projects working closely with corporate functions including Accounting, Finance, Legal, IT, Communications and etc.
Skills and Competencies:
Leadership and Governance: Ability to create and maintain governance structures and ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
Strategic Planning and Analysis: Skilled in translating high-level strategic objectives into actionable plans, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Stakeholder Communication: Adept at maintaining open and transparent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Resource Management: Experience managing resource allocation, scheduling, and budget adherence.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Qualifications:
Strong background in project management and governance, with demonstrated expertise in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
The role requires a highly resourceful individual with strong business acumen, emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and analytical skills.
Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
Experience establishing and maintaining governance practices, managing resource allocation, and overseeing project budgets.
Experience in stakeholder management and navigating cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Demonstrated and highly proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, and similar business programs.
