We are partnering with a leading construction company in Delray Beach, FL, seeking a dedicated and bilingual (Spanish/English) administrative professional to join their dynamic team! This role directly supports Project Managers and the Sales Team, playing a vital part in ensuring projects run smoothly from post-sale to installation.
This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with at least one year of clerical experience who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for organization and efficiency. Experience in commercial or residential construction is highly preferred, and candidates must be fluent in Spanish and English to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze reports to monitor project timelines and milestones.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales and Project Management teams.
Coordinate communication across departments, including procurement, operations, and finance.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with company standards.
Maintain schedules, coordinate meetings, and follow up on project deadlines.
Facilitate bilingual communication between team members and clients to ensure clarity and efficiency.
Support sales and project metrics reporting, including creating and distributing content as needed.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in their implementation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Business Administration, or related field.
Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required.
A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience (experience in construction is highly preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams and departments.
