Job Description:
The CSR focuses on collecting monies for various clients throughout the country.
They are responsible for taking inbound and making outbound phone calls following FDCPA guidelines.
The CSR KPI's are measured by average call handle time, call notation time and daily number of calls handled.
The call center environment is fast paced; therefore, candidates should be able to toggle between multiple screens and notate accounts while speaking to a debtor.
Qualifications:
Basic computer skills
Ability to compute basic math calculations
Ability to multi-task
Ability to switch between multiple computer systems
Knowledge of FDCPA, HIPAA, state and local collection laws and the ability to be licensed in all states is preferred
Ability to talk to others to convey information effectively and professionally
Capable of handling difficult, escalated calls and reach resolution
Ability to maintain professional demeanor
Well organized in taking and processing payments
Ability to effectively handle calls while maintaining the client's and Firm's standards.
