Job Description:

Position: Temporary Receptionist


Location: Central San Diego


Pay Rate: $20/hr


Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm, Full Time


Duration: Temporary to Perm


Immediate opportunity for a Receptionist to join a busy but lean team! As the Front Desk Receptionist you will be responsible for answering calls, returning messages, greeting guests and preparing for meetings. We need someone ASAP, This Week! Responsibilities:


Answer moderate phones


Respond to emails and messages


Greet guests and answer visitor questions


Offer back up administrative support when needed


Prepare conference rooms for meetings


Requirements:


2+ years Administrative, Reception or Front Desk experience


High School Diploma or equivalent


Immediate availability
