SUMMARY:
As a Contract Product Program Manager (PPM) on an Agile team within a SAFe-scaled Agile environment. You will manage complex real estate, renovation, and corporate construction projects. Experience integrating technology in commercial renovations and new construction is highly valued. This role will help oversee the build process-working closely with general contractors (GC), subcontractors, and adhering to construction timelines. You will also be responsible for bridging Agile practices within Tech teams and Waterfall processes with external vendors to meet diverse project needs efficiently.
This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a talent for cross-functional project management, capable of navigating both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver high quality AV and construction projects within a dynamic, SAFe-scaled Agile environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Agile Product Program Management:
Act as the Product Program Manager within an Agile SAFe framework overseeing project milestones, managing program increments, and supporting Agile ceremonies (PI planning, daily stand-ups, iteration planning).
Coordinate efforts across Agile teams to ensure timely delivery of project goals while aligning with Waterfall vendor processes.
Working with your Agile team and the APMO to create product/program roadmaps.
Project Leadership:
Lead AV design, engineering, and renovation projects, adhering to corporate standards and contractual requirements.
Manage the complete lifecycle of AV and construction projects, from planning and initiation to execution and close-out.
Help project manage the infrastructure environment, including physical hardware, networking, virtualization, applications, security, and performance monitoring.
Provide project management for unified communication (UC) solutions.
Coordinate workshops with business teams to map and streamline processes, improving alignment with tech and optimizing cross-functional workflows.
Vendor and Contractor Oversight:
Identify, schedule, and monitor remote contractors and vendors, ensuring contract compliance and smooth resolution of any conflicts.
Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, leading internal and external project meetings, status updates and risk assessments.
Ensure alignment on project goals across all parties, facilitating clear and consistent communication.
Hybrid Agile & Waterfall Integration:
Seamlessly integrate Agile methodologies for the Tech teams while working with Waterfall-based vendors and external teams for cohesive project execution.
Resource Management & Documentation:
Take ownership of project documentation, manage timelines and align resources effectively withing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Budget and Equipment Management:
Oversee procurement and maintain budgetary control for necessary equipment and materials to support project requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
15+ years in Program/Project Management, ideally within facilities or construction.
