Located in La Mirada
Temp for 3 months
Pay is $23
Hours: 8am-4:30 PLUS possible OT and Saturdays
Accounts Receivable
* Investigates Customer short payments by reviewing established Rebate Plan and/or contacting customers for explanation
o Facilitates the completion of the Customer Credit Application
o Uploads Credit Application to Network for Mgmt. to review and determine Customer terms and credit line
o Creates Customers in Plex
o Uploads Final Credit Application and attaches to Customer in Plex
* Manage the Accounts Receivable Aging
* Receive and Post payments in Plex
* Receive (from the CSR team via email) freight information and enter in Plex AP (hold)
* Receive the Drayage Container BOLs and enter in Plex AP (hold)
