Job Description:

Ledgent Finance and Accounting is actively seeking an entry-level AR/Data Entry Clerk in Nashua, NH. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience and will have excellent typing skills.


Role: Bookkeeper (Temp-Hire)


Location: Nashua, NH (On-Site)


Pay: $20/hour


Job Duties:


Accurately post payments to customer accounts to include checks, money orders,


ACH, EFT and Credit Cards


Identify and process any necessary account adjustments


Reconcile and resolve account discrepancies


Maintain spreadsheets using strict confidence with customer credit card


information and check-by-phone information


Assist with answering phones and taking messages when needed as back-up


Sort and file documents after posting


Qualifications:


* Solid 10-Key typing skills
