In partnership with the Senior Manager, you will engage with regional accounting teams, accounting shared service centers, the Corporate IT and Digital Finance team, and the IT and Digital FP&A group. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the completeness and integrity of financial results, fostering a comprehensive understanding of accounting policies and procedures across all teams, and spearheading operational improvement initiatives.

Specifically, the Financial Analyst III will have primary responsibility of the following:
Analyze profit and loss account and balance sheet trends and variances ensuring financial integrity of trial balance and reporting.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis and enhance reporting to support critical initiatives and business objectives.
Perform activities at month end, including journal entries and key balance sheet reconciliations.
Drive comprehensive accounting functions for all IT contracts including amortization schedules.
Collaborate effectively with the sourcing team to facilitate timely negotiations and approvals for new contracts and renewals.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies.
Conduct in-depth analysis of balance sheets and communicate findings to relevant parties.
Support the review, maintenance and improvement of internal controls as it relates to the financial system, accounts and processes used in financial reporting.
Monitor CAPEX projects and impairment risk.
Proactively participate in PPI (Practical Process Improvement) initiatives.
Complete a variety of special projects as and when requested.

Previous financial accounting experience with strong accounting knowledge and application of financial principles.
Navigates the interplay between all financial systems (E1, SAP, EDW, Hyperion Planning, HFM/CMR), with strong proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office.
Operates well in a fast-paced, heavily matrixed environment.
Challenges the current state of core processes and drives innovative solutions and efficiency.
Expresses outstanding oral and written communication skills to interact at various levels, including taking an independent stance when connecting with cross-functional colleagues.
Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and 'zooms in or out', based on the audience and data at hand.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Finance or Accounting role.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $83,300.00-$125,000.00.
