About the Role:
Perform manufacturing tasks and operations as a Manufacturing Technician II
Ensure flawless execution of production tasks to meet quality standards
Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery
Strictly adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine root causes of manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions
Assist in training and mentoring new team members
Requirements:
Proven experience in a manufacturing role
Ability to competently operate manufacturing equipment and machinery
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols and procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ambitious and motivated to learn and grow within the company
