Supervises and is responsible for all programs and staff in the facility while on duty.Is liaison between guests and staffMaintains the equipment, facilities, and environment in a safe and sanitary condition.May have to maintain filter system within guidelines.Maintain proper chemical balance cleanliness of pool water and deck.Assumes responsibilities of taking disciplinary action as necessary while on duty.Reports all exceptional occurrences to the supervisor.Performs related work as required.
