Job Description:
Responsible for peeling out rework from KP's and Douglas area.
Cleaning tubs and maintaining proper cleaning of workstation.
Transporting meat from the X-Ray station to the rework areas(s).
Following all company GMP requirements.
Track clips to ensure the clips don't get back into the reworked product.
Ensure proper rework is put back into the correct product.
Completing all required paperwork and maintaining correct documentation.
REQUIREMENTS:
Perform various other tasks as assigned by Lead person, Supervisor or Superintendent.
Must be able to work in temperatures less than or equal to 35 degrees Fahrenheit temperature for minimum of 8 hours. Must be willing to pinch/grip product and place into specified location.
Must be able to perform the following task for periods of 8 hours on concrete floor, some of which may include but is not limited to bending, twisting, reaching, standing, stooping, walking, climbing, and lifting.
1 person required for tub weighing 0 - 49 lb.; 2 people required for 50 - 100 lb. tub; Promotes safe lifting practices & employee safety.
All employees are responsible for upholding the principals of SQF 2000.
Ability to communicate effectively with company employees and all levels of management.
Familiar with the safe operation of production line conveyor equipment.
Must have 3mths work experience with a single employer in the last 18MThs.
