Job Description:
The Production Associate ensures smooth manufacturing processes by operating machinery, conducting quality checks, and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities:
Read and follow Bills of Materials and follow hands-on instruction to construct various product assemblies.
Use of Power Tools (drills/grinders/saws/rivet and spray guns) and Hand Tools (sanders/saws/vises/hammer/cutters).
Responsible to check and verify parts prior to assembly and conduct quality checks and measurements.
Previous welding (tig/mig/carbon/stainless) a plus.
Prior experience with 2-part spray paint application a plus.
Good understanding of linear measurements.
Perform all duties in a safe manner, support all safety and environmental rules and initiatives.
Participate in company-wide initiatives to provide continuous improvement of processes and products
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Reading, writing, comprehension and understanding of measurements.
Heavy lifting (up to 50lb), climbing, bending, standing long periods.
Wearing PPE (gloves, steel toe shoes, respirators, other dependent on tasks).
Visual and listening acuity, retention of instructions.
