What types of projects will I work on?
This role will focus on facilities and real estate related projects and provide operational support. You will be immersed in technical commercial matters that contribute to the health, wellbeing, productivity, and safety of every associate.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving systems related to Hard and Soft Services.
•Hard Service Projects, which include physical assets such as roofing, plumbing, wiring, elevators, heating and cooling etc.
•Soft Service Projects, focuses on tasks performed by people such as custodial services, lease accounting, catering, security and groundskeeping etc.

Enrollment Requirement:
You must be a junior, senior, or graduate student enrolled in an accredited college, university, or master's program. Preferably, project management, engineering, or business discipline.
Skill Proficiency:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are essential.
High-level proficiency with charting and spreadsheets in Excel, Smartsheet and Power BI are preferred.
Language proficiency in English.
Must be self-motivated, responsible, problem solver, and capable of working independently of direct supervision.
Must be highly organized, attentive to detail, flexible, energetic, and a strong communicator.
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to internal and external teammates.
Must be able to work with multiple priorities and meet deadlines despite frequent interruption.
Additional skills sought include high attention to detail, solid oral and written communication and personal interactions skills, and the ability to complete multiple tasks promptly.
