Opportunity
The Senior Compensation Manager will be responsible for establishing and leading the Compensation function within our organization, partnering closely with senior leadership to develop a competitive and equitable pay structure that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent.
Specific Responsibilities:
Lead complete end to end transformation of global salary structure.
Model, propose, build, and test Workday functionality for updated compensation and job structures and programming.
Collaborates with senior leadership to define and implement a comprehensive compensation strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Analyzes market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor data to ensure our compensation plans remain competitive and attractive to top talent.
Develops, maintains, and continuously enhances a robust pay structure that balances internal equity and external competitiveness. Ensures compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations while establishing fair and equitable compensation practices.
Leads efforts to evaluate and classify jobs within the organization, ensuring accurate job descriptions and appropriate salary ranges. Conducts market pricing and benchmarking studies to establish competitive salary ranges for all positions.
Collaborates with senior leadership to design and administer incentive programs, including bonuses, commissions, and equity-based compensation, to drive performance and retention.
Utilizes data analytics tools to generate reports and dashboards that provide insights into compensation trends, costs, and effectiveness. Presents data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to support decision-making.
Ensures the organization's compensation practices adhere to all relevant laws and regulations, including Equal Pay Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, and local labor laws.
Conducts periodic audits to maintain compliance and addresses any discrepancies.
Partners with HR and business leaders to provide training and guidance on compensation-related matters.
Fosters a culture of transparency and fairness in compensation discussions.
Skills/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field required, with a preference towards candidates with a master's degree and/or certification such as the PHR, SHRM-CP, or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
5+ years of progressive experience in compensation management, including design and implementation of compensation strategies, both base pay regression modeling and incentive modeling and communications.
Strong knowledge of compensation laws, regulations, and best practices.

The salary range for this position is $122750 - $156850. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
