Marketing Manager
Location: Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection. This includes remote work and 1-2 days in office per week.
The Marketing Manager will be self-directed, strategic, and able to develop and implement integrated member/customer engagement marketing campaigns for CarelonRx PBM (Pharmacy Benefits Manager) that deepen relationships and align with the enterprise-wide strategy.
How You Will Make an Impact
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Build integrated and targeted B2C (business to consumer) marketing strategies and plans to drive customer engagement.
Serves as a single point of contact on marketing issues and resolution.
Coordinates the development and review of communication materials with appropriate resources.
Leads development of marketing collateral to support marketing plans.
Provides leadership and direction to marketing support and creative staff.
Recommend, implement, collect, interpret, and report on status and key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects.
Track, analyze, and manage metrics and resources to execute projects within timeframes, budgets, and quality measures.
Identify "moments that matter" in member journey and make recommendations for ways to use marketing and communications to alleviate pain points.
Minimum Requirements
Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences
Healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy benefits experience preferred. This experience can be either managing employee benefits for a large company, or with a pharmacy benefits manager (PBM).
Experience building marketing strategy and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Associates in this role are expected to have strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
