Manages Turnover & Renovation Projects from start-to-finish (Vacant SFR Homes)
Travels throughout market up to 90% of the time
Acts as point-of-contact for clients, in-house field techs, and subcontractors
Scopes Homes
Creates punchlist for subcontractors
Submits Change-orders
Closes out projects
Qualifications
2-4 years residential construction/renovation management
