In the position of Processor, the individual will be responsible for working with our customers to help them cancel their MI premiums with their mortgage servicer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES, includes the following responsibilities, but not limited to:
Communicate with customer's and their mortgage servicers to facilitate the cancellation of their Mortgage Insurance premiums.
Gather and analyze customer documentation for submission to the mortgage servicers.
Facilitate the scheduling, payment, and completion of the required valuation product as needed per the servicer.
Finalize the transaction to include verification the MI premiums have been cancelled and the customer has submitted payment.

Standard office environment, equipment and tasks, including work at a computer terminal. This position requires partial sitting and walking throughout the day. Employee must be open to work overtime to complete assigned tasks.
