We are a specialized insurance agency seeking a full-time Client Services and Claim Support Specialist for our private school and college tuition insurance business. The ideal candidate will be a team-player, well organized, professional, motivated, able to multi-task effectively and have excellent written and verbal skills. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, calculating and typing.
What You'll Do: • Serve as a contact for claims processing for our client schools • Handle written correspondence, e-mail and phone calls from schools, parents and colleagues • Maintain accurate and complete customer records in an orderly, up-to-date manner • Seeks advice from Accounts Managers with any account issues or questions • Maintain working knowledge of all company/policy change procedures • Assists or fills-in for Account Managers as necessary
What You Need:
Qualifications: • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in customer service or administrative role, or college degree equivalent • Team player with a positive attitude and strong and consistent work ethic • Deliver exceptional value and service with a customer-first mindset for long-term business success • Ability to remain focused when handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills allowing you to foster positive customer relationships • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel • Efficient and accurate typing, data entry and calculation (10 key) skills necessary
