The B2B E-commerce Marketing Manager is a key driver of QRFS's growth, responsible for attracting and engaging professionals who inspect, test, and maintain (ITM) fire protection systems. Your mission is to increase qualified leads and maximize customer retention, all while decreasing the overall marketing cost per order. You'll do this by positioning QRFS.com as the go-to resource for fire protection parts and expertise, leading company-wide marketing strategies across all channels, and building a high-performing team.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with inside sales, purchasing, and leadership to identify customer pain points and understand how to solve them. You'll conduct in-depth product and pricing research to ensure QRFS delivers solutions that are not only effective and desirable but also profitable.
Partnering with our technical editor, you'll precisely frame these challenges to ensure compliance with codes and service requirements. You'll promote the right mix of physical or digital products at competitive prices, ensuring they're easily accessible. What You'll Do
Maintain and Optimize Current Marketing Campaigns: Gain a deep understanding of QRFS's existing marketing efforts and ensure their continued success. Identify quick wins and opportunities for optimization as you familiarize yourself with our company strategy.
Conduct Customer Analysis: Dive into customer behavior and pain points to identify key differentiators. Use this insight to refine messaging and build more targeted campaigns that resonate with our audience.
Develop a Targeted Marketing Plan: Based on customer insights, create a comprehensive marketing plan across all channels. Focus on addressing customer pain points, ensuring alignment between product offerings and customer needs, and driving qualified leads.
Execute, Track, and Optimize Marketing Efforts: Implement your marketing plan while setting up a system to track performance. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve campaigns and ensure they align with short- and long-term goals.
Build and Lead a High-Performance Team: As you execute campaigns, assemble and lead a team of top marketing professionals-internal staff, freelancers, and agencies-to drive growth and meet objectives. Establish processes and SOPs for scalability.
Qualifications:
Proven success in driving growth through SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels.
Strong organizational and project management skills to ensure timely delivery and maintain effective SOPs.
Proficient in analyzing data and making decisions using tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
Skilled in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that achieve measurable results.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external agencies or contractors.
Ability to quickly diagnose marketing challenges and implement effective solutions.
Preferred/Nice-to-Have:
Experience with Python and/or SQL is a plus.
Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.
Expertise in creating detailed and actionable customer journey maps.
SAAS expertise: Klaviyo, BigCommerce, WordPress, and/or Google Ads channels, you'll drive conversions and fuel QRFS's revenue growth.
