Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Intermediate Architect at MGB Architects LLC in New York, NY, with flexibility for some remote work.
We are seeking a confident and organized Intermediate Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to take initiative with minimal oversight. You should possess a strong ability to balance the creative process with practical, grounded decision-making.
Key responsibilities include managing design projects from concept through execution, mentoring junior team members, and effectively collaborating with colleagues and clients alike. You should have a knack for navigating multiple tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met while maintaining high standards of quality.
Your experience in high-pressure settings will be invaluable as you oversee project timelines and deliverables. You should feel comfortable managing team dynamics and possess the skills to communicate effectively with clients, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed.

Qualifications
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
Previous experience working in a fast-paced firm
At least 3 years of experience, 7 + years preferred
Must be fluent in English - other languages are a plus
