As we support the launch of several products, including Silent Beacon 2.0 and Enterprise Safety Solutions, SBL is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our technical products. This role will involve overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and ongoing support, while ensuring compliance with industry standards including SOC2. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products that meet customer needs and drive business success
Responsibilities • Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and market demands; • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete product lifecycle, including conception, design, development, launch, and post-launch evaluation; • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery; • Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform industry trends, best practices, product strategies, and feature prioritization; • Compliance Management: Lead initiatives to ensure adherence to SOC2 Type 2 and other relevant compliance standards, including risk assessments and audits; • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing product updates and gathering feedback; • Performance Metrics: Analyze product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimize user experience; • Requirements Management: Oversee and prioritize requirements for enhancements, feature upgrades, and bug fixes, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budget constraints throughout the development lifecycle; • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, troubleshooting guides, and compliance records; • Agile Methodologies: Implement Agile processes, facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to ensure efficient development cycles; • Training and Support: Provide training and support for internal teams and end-users, ensuring they understand product features and functionalities; • Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the product team, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing, and

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within the technology sector with a focus on SaaS, software, firmware, and hardware solutions. • Strong understanding of SOC2 compliance and security best practices. • Familiarity with common programming language and network protocols. • Proven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g. Bitbucket, JIRA, Atlassian, etc.). • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment. • Strong leadership skills.
