Partnerships Coordinator: Los Angeles, Austin, or Remote
FIMI is an entertainment agency that specializes in talent buying, event partnerships, and bespoke experiences curation across music, film & TV, sports, fashion, and culinary.
This position will coordinate unique consumer experiences and partnerships at tentpole events for loyalty program members. The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable multitasking. This position will report to an Account Director and has significant room for growth.
Responsibilities:
Data Entry, Marketing Material Management, & Event Logistics
o Maintain accurate records of event partnerships, event logistics, and guest information
o Draft copy and upload content to clients' websites with experience and event details
o Update databases with event results and create performance reports
o Coordinate event logistics with partners, create itineraries, and be the liaison for attending guests
Research and Analysis
o Conduct research on industry trends and potential new event partner opportunities
o Assist senior management in brainstorming event ideas, talent partnerships
o Assist in preparing presentations and proposals via platforms such as PowerPoint, Canva, and Adobe
Administrative Support
o Handle general office tasks, such as scheduling calls, shipping, and managing day-to-day operations.
o Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in events, partnerships, marketing, PR, or related fields
Extremely meticulous, with full confidence in data entry for publicly facing campaigns and communications
Independently motivated with excellent time management, multitasking and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
Proficiency in content management systems such as Monday.com
Significant understanding of utilizing online and network-based tools for research purpose
Passion for entertainment and pop culture
Possess a motivated and professional work ethic while also exuding a friendly and spirited attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
Photoshop and graphic design knowledge a plus

Salary:
$50k - $65k (depending on experience) with health benefits
