The ideal candidate will be responsible for many different tasks related to the operations of the business. They will field calls and maintain calendars. Additionally, this individual will organize reports and documents to ensure ease of access.

Answering telephone and email enquiries
Print /Scan Documents
General admin and bookkeeping tasks
Passing phone calls and mail on to the relevant people
Booking meetings and maintaining meeting rooms
Qualifications
Excellent communication Skill
High school diploma or GED
Associate or bachelor's degree in communications or business
Familiarity with multi-line telephone systems
Ability to work under high presure .
