As the first hire for our dedicated customer experience team, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape the team's vision and structure within the broader product organization. You'll play a pivotal role in building and scaling personalized fashion experiences, influencing how we connect with our customers at every touchpoint.

Role overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital solutions and features. We're looking for someone with deep experience in the subscription commerce landscape who can drive initiatives from inception to completion. You'll be instrumental in driving change, contributing to strategic discussions, and ensuring high-quality, timely project delivery. The ideal candidate must thrive on being a change agent, not be afraid to roll up their sleeves, pivot quickly as priorities change, and have the skills to contribute to larger strategic conversations.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead key product initiatives by taking ownership of defining requirements for e-commerce features pivotal to the success of ThreadBeast. Utilize a strategic, data-driven approach to identify, prioritize, and streamline feature opportunities, emphasizing MVP development and rapid time-to-market.
  • Forge strong partnerships with functional leads and third-party vendors to define and prioritize use cases. Lead the creation of detailed requirements, user stories, and product specifications. Work closely with Design, Product, and Engineering teams to translate vision into tangible outcomes, considering cost, timeline, dependencies, and impact.
  • Identify and address potential risks, issues, and roadblocks that may hinder the team's ability to achieve strategic, financial, and technical objectives. Implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Play a pivotal role in launching new features by collaborating closely with business stakeholders. Coordinate business tasks, solve problems as they arise, manage releases, and optimize the customer experience through rigorous testing and data analysis.
  • Articulate complex ideas, proposals, and risks effectively to senior executives. Align and inform cross-functional teams on all aspects of projects, conveying a clear point of view and garnering support for product initiatives. Develop and manage project and program plans as needed.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to junior product team members, fostering their professional growth and development. Oversee the management of consultants and vendors, ensuring alignment with project goals and standards.
  • Relentlessly champion the customer's needs by prioritizing impactful features and influencing the product roadmap with clear business cases.
  • Monitor key performance metrics to measure feature success. Translate data into actionable insights to continuously improve the product and enhance customer experiences.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product innovation and strategy.
  • Navigate between strategic vision and tactical execution, driving both innovation and incremental improvements across various customer touchpoints.

We are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in product management in subscription commerce or closely related e-commerce consumer-facing products.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and optimizing digital products/features in a high-growth or early-stage company.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product development from concept to launch and post-launch, with a strong focus on customer experience
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a keen eye for preparation, execution, and timely delivery

Don't let the job requirements hold you back from applying! We value passion and dedication above all else and always seek talented individuals excited about our work at ThreadBeast. If you are eager to join our team and contribute to our success, we encourage you to apply, regardless of whether you meet every requirement listed in the job post.
