Let's talk about the role:

Reporting directly to the President of the USA, this role presents an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to Manage and ensure the successful functioning of non-operational functions within Credit Corp Solutions to support the business in achieving its financial targets and strategic growth objectives. This includes HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Office Admin.

Some Key responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Establish resource and operating plans for all shared service functions to support achievement of business objectives.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, operating systems, monitoring systems and controls within each non-operational function to ensure successful service delivery
  • Act as a senior point of contact for external providers of HR, administrative, mail, technology and other service provision vendors.

Provide on-site, day to day supervision for Human Resources, Recruitment and Learning & Development

  • >3 years project and change management experience
  • >3 years vendor management experience
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Demonstrated analytical experience
  • Proven ability to identify and manage risk
  • Success in leading teams
  • High level business communication
  • Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office
