Job Profile - Field Operations Technician / Customer Service Representative
Cleartide is looking for a Customer Service Technician, or CST, to support our ever-growing customer base. In this role, you will be responsible for operational duties such as physical delivery & transportation of equipment, installation of products for new & existing customers, servicing Cleartide machines in the field, and supporting customers with courteous and professional routine service. This role has opportunities for advancement and future growth opportunities within our service and operations departments. This role requires a valid drivers license, required background check, and ability to lift up to 75lb daily.

Our Work Environment
The CST role will be based out of our Woburn, MA headquarters and will report directly to our Service Manager. Our environment offers flexible scheduling, generous PTO, company events, and a clear path to additional incentives and career growth.
What you'll be doing
Your primary function within the organization will be to provide successful, professional service to our new and existing customers to drive excellence in customer satisfaction. A typical day in this role will involve any of the following activities: preparing machines for delivery, receiving inventory, transporting machines in our company vehicle, visiting customer sites for routing service and/or troubleshooting a technical issue, installing new equipment at a customer site, and more. As our first primary operational hire, your role will be both autonomous and well supported with trainings and resources to make you successful. You will also have the opportunity to work in collaboration with our sales department to earn additional income on upsell opportunities within your customer accounts.

What's the compensation? • Hourly wage of $21.00 per hour • Additional quarterly incentive opportunities based on performance • Eligible for wage increases based on tenure and performance
Who we're looking for
Requirements: • Valid US Issued Driver's License • Strong track record of safe driving • Completion of a CORI background check
Great-to-haves: • Professional driving or transportation experience • Experience in the service industry • Experience in providing customer-facing support • Experience in the water or beverage industry • Experience installing water filtration systems
