We're seeking a skilled Digital Traffic/Demand Analytics specialist to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing digital traffic patterns, forecasting demand and providing actionable insights to optimize our digital marketing strategies. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency with data analytics tools, and the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View
Serve as a SME of all levers being utilized/available for generating demand and online engagement for new and existing customers
Monitor traffic volume and quality trends and solve for gaps to target as needed
Develop & maintain comprehensive reports/dashboards to track and present key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital traffic & demand
Evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and strategies, providing actionable insights to optimize performance and ROI
Combine & analyze data from multiple sources ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting & analysis
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for marketing & leadership

Qualifications
Adobe Analytics experience is required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
10+ years of digital marketing / ecommerce analytics experience with proven track record of analyzing and reporting on all aspects of a successful campaign throughout its lifecycle.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze consumer insights and performance data to drive high impact sales strategies
Experience in Adobe Analytics & Snowflake is preferred

Our Lead Advanced Analytics, earn between $116,700 - $175,100. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
