Obermeyer Wood is seeking a full-time Client Advisor to partner with our senior financial advisors and lead client relationships. This person will play a significant role in elevating the Obermeyer Wood client experience by communicating with clients, providing tailored advice and solutions, understanding client needs, anticipating potential challenges, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.

Responsibilities
Partner with senior financial advisors to manage client relationships: conduct portfolio reviews, develop financial plans, research personal finance topics, and monitor portfolios.
Participate in business development initiatives: create proposals for prospective clients and attend industry events and conferences.
Provide excellent client service: develop and maintain strong client relationships, anticipate client needs, and proactively address challenges.
Foster a client-centric culture within the team: emphasize the importance of service, responsiveness, and building strong relationships.
Collaborate with colleagues on large projects: identify opportunities to enhance processes, create efficiencies, and deliver greater value to clients.
Participate in administrative requests: lead processes including onboarding and money movement, and answer client phone calls as part of the team.
Maintain client databases and utilize workflows: leverage advanced financial tools and technology platforms to streamline processes and better serve clients.
Collaborate with internal and external partners: stay informed about industry developments, evolving financial products and services, and communicate with custodians and clients' accountants.
Qualifications
Relevant certifications including Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, Series 66, CFP, or CFA, plus experience.
Three or more years of relevant experience in wealth management, financial planning, or finance-related industries (other experience also considered).
Self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence others, translating prior knowledge and experience into strong and productive relationships internally and externally.
Strong project management and organizational abilities, proficiency at prioritization, the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects, and the ability to operate under tight deadlines.
Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset regarding analysis of investment portfolios and financial planning strategies, interpreting market trends and economic indicators, and making data-driven decisions.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, client relationship management, and financial custodial platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce, Schwab, Fidelity).
Attractive compensation and opportunities for career growth are offered based on experience. We are offering a $90-110K base salary, 10-20% performance-based bonus, 10-20% contribution to a retirement account, 100% employee premium healthcare coverage, and continued learning reimbursement, among other benefits. The position is in-person Monday through Friday in our new Avon/Vail office. Training will be based in Denver for 2-4 weeks.
