The Role
We are seeking a dynamic leader with extensive experience managing operations across resellers, distributors, logistics, marketing, and sales. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives, scaling operations, and building both local and distributed teams. Your expertise in optimizing processes, leading cross-functional teams, managing logistics, and accelerating sales growth will be critical to driving iContact Camera's business expansion.
Qualifications
10+ years in operations and program management, preferably in electronics or consumer goods.
Strong leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and distributed workforces.
Proven ability to optimize processes, scale operations, and drive growth.
Strong leadership experience in building and managing teams.
Experience with resellers, distributors, logistics, and manufacturing.
Background in e-commerce and digital marketing operations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Adaptable and effective in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the transition from a part-time to a full-time team structure
Develop and implement strategies for B2B market penetration
Optimize supply chain, inventory management, and customer service operations
Collaborate with manufacturing, marketing, and sales teams to support growth initiatives and programs
Manage and analyze operational metrics to drive continuous improvement
Recruit, train, and mentor new team members
