Job Summary: We are seeking a Director of Scrappy Mofo Marketing to spearhead our marketing efforts and help us grow. This role demands a creative and strategic thinker who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive into action. You will be responsible for overseeing the development, planning, and execution of our marketing campaigns with a focus on being lean and impactful. Your goal will be to drive first-order profitable growth and uphold our brand's reputation for durability, quality, and comfort and being a Best in Class Manufacturer of American Made Workwear.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring they are cost-effective and have a significant impact.
  • Manage and optimize the relationship with external performance marketing contractors to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee all aspects of our marketing program, including creative direction, media buying, and content creation.
  • Maintain the integrity of our brand across all marketing channels, ensuring our core messages are consistent and resonate with our target audience.
  • Coordinate and manage the marketing budget, ensuring all initiatives are executed within financial constraints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in marketing leadership, particularly within the apparel and/or eCommerce sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft and implement strategic marketing plans that meet business objectives.
  • Strong creative and analytical skills, with a knack for making the most out of limited resources.
  • Excellent project management abilities; capable of leading multiple initiatives simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage directly and indirectly.
  • Experience with digital advertising, content marketing, funnel creation, and working with influencers.
  • Passion for the workwear industry and a personal ethos that aligns with being hands-on and results-oriented.
