We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Estimator / Project Manager - Commercial Construction.

Job Responsibilities:
Estimator:
Prepare and send detailed estimates for projects, including reviewing blueprints, using estimating software, and requesting vendor and subcontractor pricing.
Attend scope meetings, walk throughs and communicate with general contractors and architects.
Project Manager:
Once awarded a project, oversee it from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to budget.
Manage project documentation, submittals, and material ordering.
Work closely with our job foreman to ensure smooth field operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
