Position Overview: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and dedicated Client Success Associate to assist client with their request and needs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to handle high-pressure situations, and committed to going the extra mile for both clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily client communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Handle client inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates and reports.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Good computer skills in MS Office, Google Suite, Adobe, Nitro PDF and online web browsers.
Experience in a client-facing role is preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Must be able to multi-task and work independently.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proactive problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset.
A team player who is willing to go the extra mile for our clients.
Proficiency in using technology and client management systems.
Previous legal experience is preferred but not required.
