Role Summary and Responsibilities:
Care 360 is a department of CareAbout Health which provides centralized support to our medical practices: care access, care coordination, and HCC Coding. We are a growing division with many patient-centered projects which provide continuity of care for patients between office visits to help improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. The Senior Director of Clinical Operations role will be responsible for the people management of the clinical associate team and be responsible for learning and understanding at a high level, Value based care and specifically HEDIS Quality performance.
Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
Senior Leader at the NJ location responsible for making sure the office runs efficiently.
Oversee day to day functions of Care360 Associates to ensure calls and quality efficiency.
New Expanded work with Select Service opportunities with SMG and Integrated practices with Pinnacle.
Build Clinical Staffing model.
Collect and distribute gap/ call lists to staff and set prioritization.
Work with COO's, Regional Managers, and Office Managers on Site operations that include Unit economics, workflow efficiencies, and other operating opportunities.
Work with COO's, CMO's, Regional Managers, and Office Managers on Site operations to implement VBC and Care 360 workflows and strategies.
Work with quality and site managers to complete various projects and tasks.
Work with Medical Director of Care 360 to effectively grow the Care 360 team including conducting interviews, finalizing hiring decisions, and more.
Work and develop training modules for new staff with project coordinators.
Work along with Medical Director of Care 360 to identify top talents within the department to determine eligibility for promotion and other special projects to enhance their current roles.
Work with project coordinator/manager/staff on ensuring special projects are staffed appropriately and completed promptly.
Conduct monthly stakeholder engagement with care team and sites.
Attend all Quality Meetings with Payer Partners.
Attend JOC Meetings with Medical Director of Care 360.
Present and engage with external and internal stakeholders to continue Care 360's excellence and reputation.

Qualifications:
2-year degree required; 4-year degree or MBA preferred.
4+ years of management experience required.
Understanding and training of team in HEDIS Quality Measures.
Have some sales understanding and skill to be able to both sell core concepts to providers but also run the team in a sales-oriented manner.
Sales and Sales Manager experience preferred.
Health Care Experience preferred.
Ability to multi-task and use multiple systems, including our EMR to provide medical information and patient support/follow up after the clinical visit.
Passionate about customer service and patient satisfaction.
Courteous, empathic, and professional manner.
Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements:
Sedentary.
Sitting at the desk most of the day.
Standing or walking less than two hours per day.
Lifting no more than ten pounds on rare occasions.
Must be able to work at a computer and answer phone calls on a regular basis.
Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role.
Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
