This role is inside the Burlington Mall and is primarily an operational role with strategic components and initiatives. Around 80% of the role is operational with the other 20% being strategy, meetings and training.
An Assistant GM position is one of the highest levels of leadership in our restaurant reserved for passionate, service minded individuals that seek a future as a Chick-fil-A franchisee, corporate staff or business career outside of Chick-fil-A.
The Evening Assistant GM is primarily responsible for the strategic planning and execution of our evening guest experience strategy which will entail a mix of hands-on service, coaching team members, and personal development training from our Chick-fil-A Owner, Daniel Mitchell.
Benefits include: Starting pay of $27 an hour with full starting compensation package of around $82,000 a year with no cap on pay increases based on performance. Compensation package includes roughly $67,000 a year in wages (45 hours a week estimate) $7,800 a year towards health insurance, $3,000+ a year in food benefits, paid vacation of 1.5-2 weeks a year (based on hours worked), $600 a year towards a cell phone plan, $480 a year towards a gym membership, $600 a year towards personal leadership development and a one time $300 allotment for professional uniforms.
