Job Description:
a21 is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Manager who will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure timely completion and within budget. Project Managers plan and designate project resources, assist in the preparation of budgets, monitor progress, and keep internal and external stakeholders informed throughout the project timeline, in accordance with the workflow process. This is all done within the confines of a21's goals and vision.
Primary responsibilities include liaising with high profile clients guiding them through a21's project management processes. Project Managers communicate daily with clients, assisting with the development and communication of ideas, concepts, and needs to the Brand Engagement team, while guiding and advising on creative content, project deliverables, managing strict deadlines, and keeping projects on task and within budget.
The ideal candidate for this position excels at time and project management, has excellent communication and organizational skills and an attention to detail. They will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines, budgets, and deliverables. This individual has exceptional critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills with a working knowledge of Monday.com, Canva, Adobe, and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
Work with Director of Ops & Technical Director to determine and define project scope and objectives
Develop and manage detailed project schedule and timeline
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Manage permitting, legal, insurance, and ancillary requirements needed for activation(s)
Monitor project progress and adjust as needed
Measure project performance and identify areas for improvement
Assist in managing Key Vendor relationships
In conjunction with Director of Ops, maintain, monitor, and develop internal running systems
Create and maintain project timelines, managing internal and external teams to these deadlines
Practice and execute cost control measures
Qualifications:
Project management experience, 5+ Years
