Job Description

Repair Authority is looking for an Office Administrator in our Fort Worth, Texas location. We are seeking an individual who is detailed oriented, and task driven. The candidate will need to be very organized, able to be professional on the phone and in written communication with customers, good with computers and ability to multi-task. The ideal candidate must carry a can-do attitude and be willing to jump in where needed with all office related tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers through various channels (phone and email)
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints promptly, and have a thorough knowledge of our services so that you can answer questions
  • Oversee and manage all day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Provide administrative support to multiple departments including customer service, operations and logistics
  • Utilize multiple computer programs to support Repair Authority's administrative functions, including Microsoft Office and our company's ERP and CRM systems
  • Perform general clerical and office support tasks such as data entry, filing and producing requested reports
  • Serve as the first point of contact, answering calls, helping onsite customers and handling communications with professionalism
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel, in addition to general experience with computers, databases, word processing, etc.
  • General comfort level with computers and an ability to quickly learn new software and systems
  • Results-oriented self-starter with a can-do attitude, a sense of urgency and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of internal teams to resolve problems
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written forms, including spelling, grammar and punctuation
  • Ability to stick to a very tight time schedule and switch gears rapidly when required
  • Skilled in problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service environment (required)

Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Job Details
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
  • In-person, Fort Worth, Texas location
