We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dispatcher to be the first point of contact for our customers at Webster Electric. Key Responsibilities:
Job scheduling: Schedule and dispatch electricians to customer sites, manage inquiries, and maintain clear, effective communication between customers and the Webster team.
Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers via phone, email, and occasionally in-person, showing empathy, patience, and a genuine willingness to help.
Problem Solving: Listen carefully to customer issues, especially regarding electrical problems, and work diligently to provide timely and effective solutions.
Customer Follow-Up: Ensure all customer issues are resolved satisfactorily, conducting follow-ups to confirm service quality and satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, service requests, and follow-up actions in our scheduling system.
Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to the management team on ways to enhance service delivery and improve the customer experience.

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or dispatch, preferably in a technical or electrical service environment. Familiarity with electrical systems and common maintenance needs is highly beneficial.
