Planning: Gathers project requirements (e.g., resources, timelines, and budgets). Develops project plans and timelines with input and support fromteam and management. Executing Project/Program Processes: Monitors execution progress and ensures deliverable quality (e.g., coordinating meetings, tracking budget,following up on action items) for portions of low-to-moderately complex projects. Supports Program Manager in interpreting and managing scopecreep. Resolves minor conflicts and elevates more complex conflicts. Dependency and Risk Management: Maintains key issues/risks and dependencies log for the project team. Elevates concerns and key risks toManager. Supports risk mitigation planning and communication for portions of low-to-moderately complex projects. Change Management: Performs initial assessments to identify impact of change for relevant stakeholder groups. Works with managers, categoryteams and other change leaders to provide input into change approach, strategy and plan. Collaboration: Collaborates with cross-functional teams across the organization (e.g., Category Management, Planning, Site Merchandising,Customer Service, Analytics) to ensure successful project implementation. People Development: Coaches less experienced team members and provides feedback to enhance skills, knowledge and work performance. Mentorsand supports training for less experienced associates. Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice andguidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; andbuilding commitment for perspectives and rationales. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying businessneeds; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing onimprovement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity byincorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting otherswith how to apply these in executing business processes and practices. Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
