Job Description:

Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to support our growing IT team.This candidate will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable solutions using the Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the Power Platform, including Dynamics 365 architecture, customization, and integration capabilities.

This position is fully remote. Hours of operation are standard office hours Monday through Friday, with the ability to be on call as needed. 

 In this rewarding role, you will:

• Perform as a subject matter expert for the delivery of Dynamics 365 configuration and architecture.


• Create, customize and configure Dynamics 365/Model-driven PowerApps components including tables, workflows, business process flows, integrations, and custom code to meet business needs.


• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior colleagues, developing a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture.


• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems, leveraging tools like Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Scribe.


• Implement and maintain security measures to protect data integrity within the Power Platform environments.


• Use discretion and expert judgment to establish level of effort for development activities.


• Stay current with industry trends and updates related to Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, ensuring continuous improvement of our practices.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.


• 9+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM platform and the Power Platform.


• Proficiency with both front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and back-end technologies (C#, .NET).


• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365/Model-Driven PowerApp customization, configuration, and extendibility.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


• Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation.

Desired:

• Familiarity with Azure services.


• Experience with Oracle database.


• Experience with object-oriented design and Service Oriented Architectures (SOA).

Pay and Benefits:

Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000 w/ 8% annual bonus eligibility
