Resident Care Assistant- Flexible Schedule at Grace Woods Niles OPCO in Niles, Ohio

Job Description:

Are you an individual wanting to work in healthcare or a current Healthcare professional who is looking for a flexible employment option that allows you to work while still maintaining your current benefits? Well Niles Way Senior Living has a great opportunity for you! We are currently seeking those individuals with prior Healthcare or caregiving experience to join our team as a Resident Care Associate in a PRN (as needed) position.
This as needed position will allow you to work at least 4 weekday shifts a month. This program does require working 1 weekend shift per month as well as 1 winter and 1 summer holiday. Under this position, you are able to work up to 16 hours per week!
Along with the above requirements for this opportunity, please note that this opportunity allows you to work your pick of day and shift for the hours you work. This position does not come with a preset schedule.
This position comes with:
- a starting payrate of $13 an hour
- On the job training and education in providing care to those living in Assisted Living
