Are you an experienced and driven sales professional with a passion for managing teams and delivering outstanding service? Fred Beans Family of Dealerships is seeking a Fleet Sales Manager to oversee our fleet department. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a profitable fleet division, focusing on out-of-stock vehicle sales and courtesy deliveries. We're looking for a detail-oriented leader who can streamline processes, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service to our fleet clients.
What You'll Do:

Manage Courtesy Deliveries: Oversee all aspects of courtesy deliveries, including turn-ins, and ensure timely pickup within seven working days.
Ensure Paperwork Accuracy: Verify and complete all necessary paperwork for out-of-stock sales to maintain transaction accuracy.
Quote and Follow-Up on Sales: Provide quotes on vehicles for out-of-stock purchases, and follow up with potential buyers to secure sales.
Quote Vehicles to Leasing Companies: Work with leasing companies to deliver competitive quotes, factoring in pricing, incentives, and delivery details.
Oversee Fleet Department Operations: Maintain courtesy department buildings, manage fleet parking and inventory, and handle all fleet-related receipts and billings.
Maintain Customer Records and Expand Client Base: Keep an accurate list of all fleet and courtesy delivery clients, while actively working to grow our customer base.
Market Fleet Incentives and Specials: Promote current fleet incentives, customer rebates, and exclusive dealership specials to attract new business.
Hire, Train, and Manage Staff: Build and lead a high-performing fleet sales team, ensuring a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare monthly and yearly forecasts, manage department commissions, and work closely with accounting to keep schedules current.
