Job Description:

The beautiful and ultra-luxury Ka La'i Waikiki Beach, LXR Hotels & Resorts newest addition, is seeking a Lead Concierge.

Ka La'i Waikiki Beach spans 38 stories with residential-style suites, designed for comfort and convenience, including fully-equipped kitchens, wellness facilities designed for relaxation, an infinity pool and heated whirlpool. Our guests feel at home with thoughtful service, and tranquil spaces inspired by nature. Quiet moments fill the spa, a peaceful place inspired by Hawaii's landscape.

Previous experience in the same or similar role preferred.

What will I be doing?

A Concierge Lead will work closely with the Director of Front Services to support the development and overall efficiency of the Concierge and Heart of House departments. They will provide supportive functions in conjunction with the duties of a concierge, overseeing the daily front line operations on the concierge desk. This position will provide general support for the concierge team as a whole as they cater to guests' needs. Other duties as assigned.
