Description: Our client is currently seeking a Personal Care Assistant!



Job Title: Personal Care Assistant



Location: Quakertown, PA 18951



Hours: Monday-Friday 7:45am-3:45pm



Type: Ongoing Contract



Responsibilities:

• 
  Assist students with academic and behavioral goals: Tailor support to help students achieve their personal learning and behavior objectives.


• 
  Provide necessary supports/modifications: Ensure students have the tools and adjustments they need to effectively access and participate in school facilities and the curriculum.


• 
  Offer physical support: Help students with physical activities, ensuring they can engage fully in all school activities.


• 
  Adapt teaching materials: Modify and customize educational materials to meet the unique learning needs of each student.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience working with children in a school environment is required (6 months minimum)


• PA State Police Clearance (Act 34)


• Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)


• DOE fingerprints


• School Personnel Health Form (Physical and TB test)


• PDE 6004 Form (Act 24)


• Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release Form(s) (Act 168)


• CPR/First Aid Certifications
