Judge Healthcare is looking for a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) to work in the field on an On Call/PRN basis.
Job Purpose
The PharmD is responsible for providing scientific information and in service education and training of customers through clinical presentations, product evaluations, and ongoing clinical support.
*Travel: Travel is a minimum of 80% overnight travel
-Some weekend work is required for sales meeting and industry-related events.
*The position is field based
Essential Activities, Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities
Coordinates site visit deployment with dates requested by the customer
Prepares educational content and other tools in collaboration with the responsible GM&RA Medical Planning and Management (MPM) physician
Prepares a detailed report for each customer site visit
Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with key external stakeholders, including key opinion leaders, clinical stakeholders, institutions, and other organizations
Facilitates projects and programs at each site including company sponsored clinical trials
Ability to recognize adverse event and submit reports to Drug Safety within 24 hours of first notification of the report in accordance with relevant SOPs
Ability to recognize product quality complaint reports and submit to Professional Services within 24 hours of first notification of the report in accordance with relevant SOPs
Adheres to GM&RA SOPs and policies,
Conveying medical information to external stakeholders, clinical providers, internal teams (like sales and marketing)
Training sales and marketing teams concerning the position's pharmaceutical area
Analyzing clinical trends and practices
Provides scientific/medical information and support for health care professionals in the clinical use of device; in-service education and training
Education
PharmD
Bachelor's Degree in an engineering, pharmaceutical or scientific Chemical Engineering preferred.
Required 3 - 6 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
2 to 3 years of clinical experience a plus
Strong investigation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and technical writing
Display knowledge of medical and pharmacy terminology
Be able to work in dynamic interdisciplinary team situations; handle urgent, stressful conditions
Ability to work a variety of schedules including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Skills in clinical research, data analysis, public speaking, and relationship-building.
Facilitate product evaluations and follow-up as needed
Ability to coordinate and prioritize customer visits effectively and efficiently
