Job Description:


As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the operations of multi-user computer systems, virtual computer systems, and COTS software products. You will perform both Network Administration and System Administration tasks within the scope of the contract.


Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and operate multi-user computer systems and virtual computer systems.


• Perform Network Administration and System Administration tasks.


• Utilize Cisco Nexus, ASA, and FMC technologies for Software-Defined Networking.


• Leverage networking products for a virtualized networking infrastructure.


• Apply advanced networking concepts and design best practices within a software development environment.


• Monitor and correct system performance issues.


• Apply network configurations and lead network design efforts.


• Provide on-the-job training on system configuration.


• Assist in deploying software/hardware deliveries.


• Support special projects and assist operational crews and contractor teams in resolving system and network issues.


• Build, integrate, configure, and maintain network environments, devices, and associated access equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Agile Methodologies and the full software development cycle.


• Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance (Active TS/SCI clearance preferred).


• Experience with Cisco products and Cisco ACI.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of advanced networking concepts.


• Experience in network design best practices.


• Familiarity with software development environments.
