Active Top Secret Security Clearance Required.Stratagen is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual for a full-time position as a Junior Management and Program Analyst, supporting the FBI's OEEOA Complaints Processing Unit in Washington, DC. You will be responsible for tasks including answering phone calls, greeting office guests, tracking case progress, and managing administrative functions. Monthly commuter stipend available.Responsibilities:Track progress on cases, update case files, and monitor workflow, reporting progress as necessary.Manage and adhere to security procedures, including permissions to case information with government task lead approval.Draft correspondence and requests to FBI divisions, including field offices.Coordinate technical/data processing support.Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP) for file closure and documentation filing.Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and perform record-keeping activities.Generate portfolio management reports and prepare documentation for imaging/scanning.Develop, draft, and edit reports, briefs, correspondence, and other documents.Proofread, merge document versions, and conduct document editing before final review.Pull, track, and refile documents in designated databases or paper filing systems.Review forms and reports, collaborating with management and users to identify problems and improvements.Answer phone calls, provide information, and handle call transfers or message-taking.Greet and direct office guests in a professional and friendly manner.Qualifications:Active Top Secret Security Clearance Required.Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Psychology, Business, Social Justice Studies, Sociology, Health Care Administration, Communications, International Affairs, Criminal Justice, etc.) plus two or more years of relevant work experience.Associate's degree plus four years of relevant work experience may be considered.Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and handle confidential information with discretion.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure with an adaptive and flexible work style.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and database searches.Analytical skills and report-writing capabilities.Note: Educational requirements may be waived for candidates with five or more years of relevant work experience.
