As a Creative Producer for our client TikTok, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the cohesiveness of designed resources and video assets provided to TikTok creators globally. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will create conceptualizations for visually compelling assets that educate, inspire, and empower creators to enhance their skills, and encourage engagement with new features and initiatives on the platform. From concept to execution, you will utilize your creative expertise to deliver inspired concepts that are aligned with brand guidelines and technical standards.
We're seeking a creative leader to drive innovative content strategies and lead a team in delivering high-quality, on-brand digital assets. You will oversee the creative process, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with client expectations while staying on top of industry trends, particularly in the creator economy and TikTok. Strong leadership, collaboration, and project management skills are key as you guide a team of designers and editors, balancing creativity with efficiency across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement creative concepts and strategies for a variety of assets
Research creator economy trends, stay up to date on TikTok trends to provide creative direction and design leadership
Communicate vision with project manager, design team, and video editors in a holistic manner, while effectively addressing feedback from client
Collaborate with clients and producers to understand briefs and deliver on creative expectations (if applicable)
Ensure all work is in line with brand guidelines and client specifications, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and organized workflow.
Review and provide feedback on team members' work, helping to refine and elevate the design process.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Slides), Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Canva, Capcut and Figma.
Solid editing skills and understanding of editing for social video.
Experience working with project management and communication tools such as Slack, Lark, Notion, and Asana.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
Able to produce creative vision while keeping in mind brand guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience:
3+ years of experience, with a year of experience in management preferred.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and mentor creative talent.
Strong understanding of TikTok platform, dynamics, and content trends.
Video editing experience as well as graphic design experience
Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and animation/motion graphics projects.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to clients and team members.
Ability to manage and critique other creatives with decisive grace
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Strong communication, conceptual thinking, and design skills
Experience in social film/video production strongly preferred
