Role Description
The Director of Enrollment Services oversees and directs the Office of Enrollment Services, responsible for driving student recruitment and community engagement initiatives. The primary responsibility for this role is to achieve the school's enrollment targets by developing and ensuring a seamless journey for prospective students and providing effective leadership and management of the enrollment staff members.
The successful candidate will create and direct recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's objective to attract qualified candidates aspiring to pursue entry-level careers in nursing and allied health fields.
This role demands a leader capable of orchestrating effective recruitment strategies, fostering collaboration, and ensuring a high-quality experience for prospective students throughout their enrollment and registration journey.

Essential Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Development
Recruit, onboard, mentor and empower a team that adheres to compliance standards while driving productive enrollment activities.
Cultivate a culture of growth and excellence with the enrollment services team to attract suitable candidates for the school's nursing and allied health programs.
Cultivate an inclusive work environment that values and respects diverse cultures and backgrounds.
Encourage continuous professional development among team members through self-directed learning, networking, professional development, and training sessions.
Communicating the vision and purpose for the institution and enrollment services.
Recruitment Planning and Execution
Formulate data informed recruitment strategies based on student demographics, market analysis, and competitive positioning to meet enrollment objectives.
Employ a variety of outreach methods including phone, text, email campaigns, on campus events and community engagement to drive applications and enrollments to meet enrollment objectives.
Implement and maintain comprehensive reporting on key metrics related to lead generation, conversion rates and other factors that predict the attainment of enrollment objectives.
Foster seamless collaboration between enrollment services, academic, and student services teams to ensure a smooth registration and intake process for students.
Position Requirements
Admission Management Experience: Track record of developing a high performing enrollment services team to increase enrollment in order to grow student census at the campus.
Strong Team Development: Hire, train and mentor qualified enrollment representatives. Improve the skills and knowledge of the team through consistent "knee to knee" coaching, ongoing training and daily huddles to foster accountability to key performance metrics.
Nursing Program Experience: Experience with recruiting for Nursing and/ or licensure programs that have multi step application processes.
Operational Success: Experience using KPI/ data on a regular basis to reach enrollment targets.
Community Engagement/ Business Development: i.e., Establish, maintain, and improve working relationships with the local high schools.
Collaboration: Experience working well with other departments.
Understands compliance and regulatory requirements.
Maintains a focus on student success and delivering a positive student experience.
Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
Experience working well with culturally diverse teams.
A minimum of five years of admission or enrollment director experience in post-secondary degree granting institutions.
Strong technology skills: MS Office skills and daily use of CRM and SIS systems.
Compensation Range: $100,000 to $115,000 annual salary
