Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Ensure file and correspondence organization based on office protocol
- Provide support around office as needed
- Enter tenant checks & wire payments
- Complete monthly reports
- Organize inventory supplies
- Screen phone calls
- Respond and send emails to tenants & vendors
Qualifications
- Property management experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
