Responsibilities
  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Ensure file and correspondence organization based on office protocol
  • Provide support around office as needed
  • Enter tenant checks & wire payments
  • Complete monthly reports
  • Organize inventory supplies
  • Screen phone calls
  • Respond and send emails to tenants & vendors

Qualifications
  • Property management experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
